"This is a Beautiful Prosecco from Manzane. Light champagne color with small intense bubbles which are clearly the result of the high quality (long) production process. The aromatics of fresh fruits (kiwi, apple) are appealing. The taste is fresh, fruity (especially apples, the juicy pink lady type) but still dry. A little sweetness on the front of the tongue. For a prosecco a fairly decent intensity. Good with (light) appetizers or even (shell) fish."
