"Straw yellow colour with green hints, it offers a medium rich floral and fruity bouquet on the nose. Green apple and gooseberry could be felt in the beginning. The body is a medium acidity affair with well presented minerality, hints of lemon peel, apple and a good level of pear. The finish is surprisingly lasting and yet dry. It lingers long enough to make you enjoy the experience."
