"Colour of raspberry sorbet. Nose is rich and savory with undeniable hints of garlic, onion and mushrooms being sautéed in creamy butter and sweet Madeira. A beautifully balanced pallet of the very same with the addition of dark fruit forest, fine leather and apple wood smoke. Finished with perfect balance between tannins and lingering (albeit classily modest) bite."
