"A fun MCC. Made from 100% Chenin from old vines. Low dosage, 14 months on the lees. Lively stream of fine bubbles. Just out of the oven apple pie on the nose! Predominantly apples on the palate but also pears and quince jelly. Toasted brioche and steely, bone dry finish. Bright and fresh, and very approachable."
